It’s hard not to get sprouting spuds. They have such a short shelf life by the time they get to the supermarket shelf. I just remove the shoots and have done so for years and haven’t had any health issues. I definitely throw out green spuds though.

Nearly everything these stores sell is made in China or other Asian countries. Did you ever consider that it’s profits at the forefront of companies going bust, it‘s not just rent and labour. These conglomerates aren’t happy unless they are making BILLIONS of $s.
