Absolutely! If you’re using an iPhone 8 or later you have the choice of a small updater of iOS 15 to iOS 15.7 or a huge update to iOS 16. iPhone 6S, SE1 and iPhone 7 can’t use iOS 16 but can and should update to iOS 15.7. For iPads, version 16 hasn’t been released, the newest is iPadOS 15.7.
When that iOS 15.7 update came out, my iPhone 13 Mini offered TWO choices, both of which addressed the same security concerns, I could update to the new iOS 16 or stay with iOS 15 and update to iOS 15.7.

Purchased that way the product costs 11.7 cents per gram. Currently in Woolworths, a 250 g tube costs $28, equating to 11.2 cents per gram, a negligible difference. But for many people it's a lot easier to find $7 than $28.
