    No. My small car has just the flap that you push on to open and there is the fuel outlet. No caps anymore.

    You still have to carry them to the clothesline or clotheshorse, if hanging up the wet clothes. Apart from those who,have disabilities, I think this is for those who have to much money and don't know what to spend it on next, or maybe "keeping up with the Jones". Maybe just plain lazy.
