Woolworths under fire for this 'frustrating' self-service checkout feature

I used to bank with Credit Union Australia. They changed their name to Great Southern Bank and closed our local branch. I closed my account. I like to see the people who handle my money.

This bride saved THOUSANDS by knitting her own wedding dress!

What a lovely young woman! Her dress fitted very well, for those that didn't watch her video. And the music for the wedding, that was special, too.

Shoppers are being called out after dumping soft plastics in supermarkets

I'm finding this all very disheartening. I was collecting and delivering, plastic bottle tops, clean alfoils, batteries, bread tags, tablet/capsule foils and soft plastics for recycling. Bottle tops for use in prosthetics came to a halt. People making other 3D items from lids expected lids to be...

People are split on this shopper’s ‘easy-to-miss’ discovery on a tray of butcher steaks

https://legalvision.com.au/honour-incorrectly-priced-items/ If a retailer incorrectly prices one isolated product, it is likely an error. In these cases, a retailer can follow their individual store policy to address the mistake. This means that a store may or may not honour incorrectly priced...

Gross! This ALDI customer found something disgusting in a ready-to-eat snack - can you spot it?

It's article from an AMERICAN. In AMERICA. We in AUSTRALIA have prawns. I buy ALDI prawns. I remove the 'poop tube' myself. Easy. Good tucker!

Shopper calls out supermarket for 'unavailable' manned checkouts

I'd say Brian (the old bloke) has watched this happen, rather than Brian doing the actual stealing.

Dyson rolls out their most powerful vacuum yet – here’s what we know and some cheaper alternatives

I bought a Dyson V6 Cord Free a number of years ago. I hate it. The 'stick' does not pick up anything larger than dust and fluff particles. It throws aside small bits of, anything really, which my over 40 year old Amway upright sucks up from 5cm away.

Shopper shares why she refuses to visit Kmart ever again

Mary will be fine. Even if she doesn't have a lot of money, she can go to op shops, or do without. I don't shop in KMart because they have nothing I NEED.

Suburb residents may face up to $5,000 in fines for this rubbish bin 'mistake'

Our council supplies 2 bins. One for recycles and one for regular rubbish. If we have green waste, ie garden, lawn clippings and suchlike, we need to take it to the Waste Station where they make compost from it. We live on acreage, so no need for that.

Mum’s hilariously disgusting find after moving the couch for the first time in YEARS

I cleaned for a living once upon a time. Worst things I ever found were dead kittens behind a lounge, and another place, dead mouse in a toaster.
