Payroll Tax is not a federal tax. It is a state tax imposed by the State Government. If you're not in NSW then it doesn't affect you. If you are in NSW then take it up with your local MP.

Disability parking require a parking permit & fines apply if a designated parking space is used without one. Seniors parks & pram parks a are a courtesy, anyone can use them.
