Maybe your neighbors need to clean their flue, I use Soot Loose to lean mine ,it’s organic based ,helps prevent flue fires, and reduces carbon emissions and has 15% thermal efficiency. There is no smell or smoke from my wood fire. Why not have a chat with your neighbors about the problem maybe...
