At my last annual check up my blood count was down. After 4 tests in 3 months I saw a haematologist,had a bone marrow test, and found I had myeloma. Everyone definitely needs to keep up with annual checks.

Every 3 months we shut up the house and set off insect bombs. For the shape of our house we need 6. We found Mortein ( not fleas) is best. Costs around $28. Good for ants, spiders, cockroaches and other bugs.

After reading the people always eat at an early time - 7pm. Who calculates early and late..? Our teatime is 5pm. If we go out for tea at a restaurant, they don’t open until 6 pm.The rumbling of my stomach is so loud it’s embarrassing. Guess I’m not heading for a long life.

Will not use the big banks. We use the smaller, big banks. Go in, have a chat, they can’t advise but can give options , leave happy and no fees.
