same thing happens in a lot of industries, when a business requires a customers funds to create the order it should be done by escrow, that is lock the money in a third party's bank and disburse funds as each order is completed, yes it would add a fee to the project but not a lot...the business...

how is one expected to know where head office is...If a store is selling something in any state the days ,date, time of the transaction should be relevant and NOT adjusted for the merchants convenience. or head office. One would reasonably be expected to assume that the time of day is relevant...

I get the same and also threats that my computer has been infected with a virus so pay mc caffee a fee and they will fix (except it isn't mc caffe )
