    same thing happens in a lot of industries, when a business requires a customers funds to create the order it should be done by escrow, that is lock the money in a third party's bank and disburse funds as each order is completed, yes it would add a fee to the project but not a lot...the business...

    I do believe the money saved from rent savings would end up on overseas travel or luxury goods, vehicle,etc...remember the pink bats scheme...made a fortune for China with batts and big screen tvs and then allowed the electricity bills to accelerate to absorb the savings so made a lot of money...

    newsflash ...you cant win a prize if you didn't buy a ticket...end of story. I get these type of e mails often. if you dont claim a prize it will eventually be posted to your account or added to your credit for future ticket purchases
