    The card in question is actually my credit card but it is also linked to my savings account. Apart from that, even if you use a debit card and you tap it, you will have to pay the fee. The difference is that you need to INSERT the card!

    I have said it a hundred times before and I will say it again. I NEVER pay a surcharge for using my card at Aldi and I shop there every week! My card is linked to my savings account and all I have to do is to insert the card in the EFTPOS gadget, select CASH and key in my PIN.

    When I write a formal letter - which is rare these days, I open it with "Dear Sir, Dear Madam or Dear Sir/Madam. I never address people by their first name which I, as a European, find extremely disrespectful. I close formal letters with Yours Sincerely.
