Coles insiders leak checkout secret after shopper’s ‘awkward and weird’ experience

When we do our weekly shop, we go through a check out, we always let the cashier know if we have potatoes, cartons of drinks and even 32 pack of toilet roll so that they can put that into the register. We have always done that either before or after we start putting our other items on the belt.

I too have AF, I also have a pacemaker and am in heart failure, I have been on blood thinners for quite a while now after I had a few mini strokes, luckily my heart specialist picked that up right away as it showed up when I had a pacemaker check. I have had two cardio versions one years ago...

‘Cash only’: Shoppers flee Coles after reading sign

I use a combination of both, however I prefer to use cash, I often see that the cashiers reach for the little machine assuming you are going to use your card and are ALWAYS surprised when I hand them cash. Medicare unveils a surprising update to its cards in 2024

I do agree that the cost of printing out the card with the 40th anniversary on will cost but they are only doing that for cards that are due to be renewed or replaced for whatever reason, I guess the only difference to the card is a little logo. If they were going to give everyone new cards...

I think sadly due to misuse and miss management NDIS have been struggling to cope with the needs of many, the current government are looking at ways to streamline NDIS and weed out those who have and are abusing the system, those are the ones supposedly giving support and helping to improve...

‘This beach will kill you’: Aussie beach warning sign causes stir

As I don't like beaches much I tend to stay away, if I do go near our closest beach I walk along the top where it is flat, safe and nowhere near the water. Better to be safe then sorry.
