Ditto and I check my fridge every Wednesday (Thursday is rubbish pick up) I also shop on Fri/Sat I only buy enough for a few days and live by my Mother's mantra. Use it up, wear it out, make it do or go without! It's amazing what you can make with an egg, cheese and a couple of tired veg.
