The only things I put in the dryer straight from the washing machine are towels, they do come out lovely and soft, and yes, I always add a dry towel too. I also use wool dryer balls, better than tennis balls.

Lamb is our family's favourite meat. Number one is roast lamb cooked on the Weber barbecue. Also good mid-loin chops and lamb backstrap are yummy and very versatile. Our butcher cuts the chops really thick, so they are never tough.

I just bought some blueberry and white chocolate hot cross buns from Baker's Delight. I do love traditional hot cross buns, but I have food intolerances and can't have sultanas or apples. So I am really looking forward to trying one of these with my morning coffee!

I am lactose intolerant and also can't tolerate soy or oat milk. I drink lactose free milk in tea and coffee, and I have almond milk on cereal, but I'm fussy about the brand, some almond milk tastes awful!
