I worked for a number of furniture manufacturers. We had to a warning label on chests of drawers and bookcases that could tip over. We also fitted an anchoring device on the back. This was mandatory under Australian design rules.

Prevention is better than cure. I make a liner with baking paper, which is also greaseproof. There are readymade liners, paper and silicone. Paper one's are a throwaway.
