It sounds like c/link also needs workshops & training in how to perform their work in a much more timely manner, as in time management skills! This happens a lot due to shortage of staff, and absentee due to burnout - gov't just needs to employ...

That's disgusting - seek further assistance from the complaints number which c/link provides, to advise of your financial situation which is now in crises (no payments as yet). With children to feed, call the welfare services in your area, to ask for...

And sadly for c/link recipients they are the ones that are being financially affected, causing undue stress, particularily if they already have existing health issues.

I don't think anyone would whinge if their pensions where doubled - why would we need to move - when we are still living below the poverty line in this country on the amounts of c/link benefits that one receives!

My apologies but i don't think they are concerned about the Human part of their service, it is all about saving monies and this includes having less workers to pay!

I am pretty sure it is the job network agency appointment not the med cert - those 2 agencies do not advise each other about updated information - they rely on the person themselves doing this.
