I was with Medibank and did not receive a refund. Having said that I stepped down back in aug 2022 as membership was too expensive for me. I am now in cancer treatment since Jan 2023 and find that what I receive from the government and hospital support, cover my needs totally.

I am undergoing chemotherapy for a stage 4 cancer and am fully covered by Medicare. This includes medical treatment as well as support services. I do not understand why this lady is being invoiced with $3K. Living in Rural Australia should not be an excuse.
