    Joke Couple Shopping 🛍️

I need to go get a new pair of jeans, better ones. I just had to throw away my old ones, they were rubbish - wore out way too fast.😡 I only bought them recently- as I recall it was on the the day after the Federal Election - in 1996 - John Howard won.😎

'How do I stop this from happening?': Users express concern over latest iPhone 'glitch'

Sounds like a classic case of stovepiped release development. Where the bug fixes developed for the current, in service, release are not shared with the future release developers... so bugs 🐛 🪲 🐞 just come back with every new version.

Check your licences: Local woman's licence oversight costs her over $650

Fortunately my licence was issued on my birth-date, so I won't forget it's future expiry dates... at least not until I turn too senile to be fit to drive anymore🤪

    Joke Young Shakespeare 👦🏻

Not sure Albo would like that. Having hundreds of pilots 'landing their planes on Albo' might give some of them ideas. 🛩😯👻

    AIBU 04.11.2024

It depends upon how many times your family has let you down, how you get along with each other and how they have responded to your decision. If it's more than a few times, and you haven't had any serious arguments between you during recent prior events, then it appears to be a real problem...

    Joke Young Shakespeare 👦🏻

The original three runways (11/29,16/34 & 04/22), built in the '30s and '40s, were gravel runways entirely on land. In the '50s two new tar sealed runways, (07/25 east/west & 16/34 north/south), replaced all three of them. These runways crossed each other. In the '60s runway 16/34 was...

    Something to Ponder

Sorry can't help you. But, whatever you do, don't substitute leftover whine. That would leave a horrible taste in your mouth.

'Keep your hands off my f****** bins': Rising bin trend starts tension among Aussie homeowners

Sorry not correct. As an investigator for a government agency, I was taught that anything in a roadside bin remains the private property of the householder, until it is mixed in with the general rubbish in a garbage collection vehicle. If a police officer wants to take evidence from your...

Heads up! Doing this common mistake could land you in a $2,200 fine

I was Test Manager for a software company. One of the biggest sources of code defects was software engineers forgetting to disable the spell-checkers on their computer. Hoist by their own petard.

Banks face pressure to adjust practices amid new regulations on debit card surcharges

True and some have core & non-core promises. But Albo is noted for him, and his colleagues, repeating the same promise 97 times, and when pushed giving a delivery date beyond the next election. Only to immediately focus all his parties attention on something that he never mentioned once...

Banks face pressure to adjust practices amid new regulations on debit card surcharges

Clearly the government is worried about the election. So they are making a 'promise' entirely dependent on the people voting them back in, but with an implementation date so distant that they have plenty of time for them to change their minds. Let's get the ALBOtross off our necks.
