Most misunderstood road rule revealed: Mastering this can save you $227

Sorry, who said you have to Stop? They are Give Way signs, you give way by slowing down and IF REQUIRED stop. If a vehicle enters opposite you, particularly larger roundabouts, you go, you don't have to "give way" to them as you will not impede their progress.

Not always on the right, hence the wording of the rule, which has been in place since roundabouts began in Australia in the 70's. Scenario - you are approaching a roundabout, you are nearly at the give way line and there is another vehicle at the next entrance point on the LEFT that enters...

Most misunderstood road rule revealed: Mastering this can save you $227

We have had road rules for decades, we have had speed limits for decades too. So these rules are controlling our lives? Flashy encounters: this friendly driver’s gesture could cost drivers $2200!

WRONG, you can be fined for unreasonably obstructing others and there is no set speed. There is an example only of going 20 in an 80 zone, that's one quarter of the limit. That's nothing like driving below the posted limit.
