Not sure about this story. My mother had an account with Telstra before she passed away. We needed to pay an amount with the pro-rata balance before the end of that month. We weren't contacted in any form after that and never harrassed.

My GP charges a standard consultation (6-15minutes) at $89 - which will be increasing on the 1st November. So, for consultations every 15 minutes @ $89 equals to earning $356/per hour. My GP practice also visit local nursing homes as well for patient consultations.
