Restaurants now charge for bringing your own cake! Could this impact your next dining out experience?

To cut a a cake in 12 pieces, plate it up I could do in less than 10 minutes, then retrieve plates, wash and dry no more than 20 minutes, equals $120, I don't think so. Highway robbery. You have already bought a meal which they have made a profit off. Next they'll be charging you for not buying...

Restaurants now charge for bringing your own cake! Could this impact your next dining out experience?

If this is for real I sincerely hope they all go out if business. Seems going out will be restricted for the wealthy only.

It's absolutely disgusting. Purchase the food and have the party at home. It's getting to the stage where only the wealthy can afford to go to restaurants, if everyone stopped going to restaurants surely they would feel obliged to lower their prices or shut shop completely

Centrelink payment delays worsen. Are you affected?

I had called them many times only to wait hours, then be disconnected also if they cannot answer my question I am automatically disconnected. Centrelink are not at all helpful to anyone in any way and I'm at a complete loss as to what to do.

Centrelink's outrageous wait times exposed as Senators grill bosses

Perhaps they should be made to wear uniforms to and from work and therefore be ridiculed by the public inpublic When i worked in the ATO we were asked whether we wanted uniforms, many knew that they would be mocked in the Streets and the idea was laid to rest If this were made compulsory...

Centrelink's outrageous wait times exposed as Senators grill bosses

I can only pray that when Centrelink staff are either invalided or retired out they all suffer as badly as what we do and are still doing May God bless us oldies and invalids.

Centrelink's outrageous wait times exposed as Senators grill bosses

Being disabled doesn't allow me to go to their office I am sick of waiting so long on the phone and then disconnected as far as I'm concerned the government simply doesn't care and give me the impression that being aged and on a pension they seem to think we have nothing better to do than sit...

Channel Seven axes popular TV shows despite massive ratings

Personally I feel channel 7 has gone downhill tremendously, they no longer have a mid-day movie either, it's all sports sports and more sports, with all the free channel's you would think they would devote one channel only to sports. I no longer watch channel 7 or their news, the same applies...

Cheeky video pokes fun at Aussies' hilarious McDonald's orders in the US

You are absolutely right. I detest when people say how you going/doing. I simply answer what business is it of yours where I'm going or doing. I have been taught the Queen's English and I'm proud of it, Australians are becoming more and more stupid and obviously no longer take pride of their...

Flight cancelled, travellers stuck due to passenger mishap: ‘Couldn’t make this s*** up’

Some years back I was returning to Australia from England, I was absolutely disgusted that the Garuda flight toilet had not been emptied at the last stop and just beginning to run over. My sympathies were for the poor folk situated near the toilet. If you travel on a cheap flight be prepared...
