I really enjoy living here in Tasmania as it’s a fairly easy going lifestyle and as I said earlier so much here reminds me of Yorkshire. It may be different if I lived in Sydney or Melbourne as I don’t like busy cities anymore, then I may be tempted to return.

I don't miss a lot, however I do miss going to the football, (I used to go to all matches home and away), but its a lot easier now that I can watch it live. My family over there keep me updated on what's happening.

I came out here in 1986 and have been In Tassie ever since, the best move I ever made looking at what’s happening in the UK at the moment, it doesn’t sound good.

My wife is from Hobart and so it was an easy decision. I really enjoy the relaxed lifestyle here after coming from Leeds and so much reminds me of Yorkshire.
