Why shopping at ALDI might not save you as much as you think!

I also rely on my shopping list and am not tempted to purchase something just because it is in the 'sacred' middle aisle.

At 79, Geoff came out of retirement for an unexpected reason

Apart from working on a (currently) permanent part time position, I also run my own business via an Agency and on the advice of my Accountant, do not disclose my meagre earnings to Centrelink.

This sneaky delivery scam email is tricking Australia Post customers – Can you spot the difference?

Have never had one of these emails and would not open them for a start. I am too cynical and mistrusting (at the best of times) and know bullshit when I either hear or see it.

Why shopping at ALDI might not save you as much as you think!

I am not an 'impulse' buyer; can happily walk down the centre aisle of ALDI and barely take notice on what is on offer. Yes .... occasionally I will stop and look but very rarely purchase from this aisle.

Learning grammar is just as important as it always was but the way we teach it has changed

English was my favourite school subject; I would receive an A+ each exam. It really irks me when the written word is spelt incorrectly or a sentence is grammatically incorrect OR whole paragraph does not make sense! Australian schools need to go back to the basic - reading/writing/arithmetic...

Not only is seaweed good for you (touted as a superfood), it also gets rid of toxins out of your system (i.e. the experimental Covid 'vaccination') ........... Animal shelters overwhelmed as pet owners 'abandon' their COVID companions

There is absolutely no way on this planet that I would ever relinquish a much loved and wanted family pet. I am a massive animal lover and this would tear my heart out ........ 😭 I cannot understand why over indulgent parents would even purchase a puppy for their spoilt brats if said brats...

Honestly, in your 60's if you are on the pension and still want to work, you should be able to keep ALL of your pension and ALL of your salary but UNFORTUNATELY, if you reside in the soon to be 'communist' state of Victoria (thanks for nothing DICTATOR Dan 🤬), you will have to pay for his...

Electronic payments are taking over: Is cash no longer king?
