I can't see any mention of a passenger apart from a 3 year old. I think cars should have a "speed" governor on them the same as trucks do. If you buy a 2nd hand vehicle check that it hasn't been tampered with at all.

    Hand wringer

Ours was clamped to the twin concrete tubs. The washing was lifted out of the gas copper with a special "stick" designed for that, rinsed in a trough of cold water, through the wringer into the rinse water, then through the wringer again. You had to catch it so it didn't go in the water again.

The same problem occurred with the price of apples many years ago too. I know one family in the Adelaide...

Koala-ty shift: Iconic sanctuary embraces new experience as it says goodbye to hands-on tradition

I wonder if it will be re-opened if there is a disaster such as bushfires in the areas. There was a large sanctuary / hospital filled to over-flowing during a bushfire on Kangaroo Island a few years ago. I believe the same thing has happened in other states

Hospitals roll out body-worn cameras to combat rising violence against staff

I am not too concerned about the cameras. They are used for the safety of patients and staff. Some people who commit the crime are mental health patients. If the Police take a mental health patient to the Emergency Dept at a hospital they are given immediate priority. There is not enough...
