A or C

When Benjamin Franklin said, "An investment in knowledge pays the best interest," he meant that acquiring knowledge and education is a valuable and worthwhile investment. In financial terms, "interest" refers to the return or profit earned on an investment.

It's actually a bit of a confusing question.
Dividends or returns could be considered as the same thing

A: Dividends
However I believe the original quote was “An investment in knowledge pays the best interest.”

I must admit, I thought the quote contained the word 'interest' which made it a very clever play on words but I must be wrong and therefore I must choose - A. DIVIDENDS
