i can't tune in my DVD recorder

I just bought a 2 litres of milk in a plastic container.

My preferred pronouns are.......

Never hear these ones today:

'Yes, I did it' (people don't own their actions).
'I'll just indicate to change into that lane'.
'I just ran over someone; I had better stop and render assistance'.

You wouldn't have heard these in the 70s (or 80s):

'This is affecting my mental health'.
'I think I'll work from home'.
'You deserve that holiday/new car/etc'
'I'll have a skinny, soy latte'.

They are having a Welcome to Country ceremony before the Grand Final.

Well that does surprise me because our milk could be bought in Plastic bottles in Wagga.
(As the story goes, DuPont, a Canadian food and packaging company, unveiled thin, plastic bags that could be used to store and sell milk in 1967 )
And 2 litre plastic Milk Bottles were sold here in the 1970s.
Glass became too expensive and the plastic was the alternative
I always said that using plastic bottles seemed to be when cancer began killing LARGE numbers of Australians.
