When someone asks how are you... my reply is "I woke up breathing today, so I'm great and can handle anything life throws at me" I found my dad dead in bed, he died in his sleep. So every day above ground is great an awesome day, so make the most of it.

l have a grouch does that help? l have mentioned this numerous times but nothing is being done.l fined it really annoying when there are several birthday birthdays together and l can only click on the ones underlined to wish them birthday wishes. Redfox.Pam and Eva l couldn't

Not really a quote rather a thing I try to live by every day
alway find a point in your day to take a mental photograph of something that brings a smile to your face, keep that image in your mind all day and bring it up when you feel down about something.

My dad used to say "if in doubt, don't" and I stick to that thought to this day whether it be thinking of buying something I can't decide about or going somewhere but I don't really want to go. It has helped me lots of times!
