Dear Dawn so sorry to hear this. l have been praying for you ever since l heard and will continue to do so
l know it must be very frightening for you but don't be scared just say a little prayer that will help.
When my husband passed my daughter who was with him said a big smile lit up his face and he was calling out to his mother and Megans face did too like she saw something wonderful .
Don't be worried you will be ok everyone is here for you. Sending you a big hug love Ebby

Dawn I am so very sorry to read your very sad news. I’m glad you are home and have lots of pain killers we don’t want you to be in any pain. Are you having palliative nurses seeing you at home I hope so.
I’m sending love and all the best thoughts to you and said a prayer as well.
Rest. Eat chocolate, and try not to be scared, you have all of SDC with you virtually holding your hand and giving you healing hugs. 🥰🥰🥰

Prayers for you Dawn. Don't fear palliative care, my Mum spent a couple of months in palliative care and everyone who cared for her was wonderful. My sister volunteers in a hospice at Hervey Bay in Queensland and she has nothing but praise for the amazing people who are caring for those who spend time with them. 🙏 💐🧡

Hello Dawn, sending you love and light. My husband passed at 52 so I have a good understanding of where you are at this moment. Understand that death is a transition and not to be feared. You will join your own loved ones and all your human illness and pain will leave. It will be a blessed transition. 🩷

Dawn My Prayers are with you dear Lady, 🙏🙏🙏 Do not be scared Dawn as You Are Not Alone, we walk with you although you cannot see us, but you have touched us and we are here with Prayers and wishes for you, Take heart dear lady and make peace with yourself 1st then you will find inner strength to keep up your fight.......but remember YOU ARE NOT ALONE.

I read your story Dawn and I cried, mostly because you have a terminal disease and because you are terrified of having palliative care. What I have heard about palliative care staff is only good things….they treat you as an individual, and with dignity and respect and they have lots of people who can answer any questions you may have. I don’t know if it’s a good thing or a bad thing, knowing you’re going to die, but having your friends and family knowing what you’re going through can’t be a bad thing. When you have those people around you it can lift your spirits and give you the will to keep on fighting to live….I don’t believe in any specific god….One god is every god…..I do believe though that if miracles exist, they come from within, kindled by everyone around you and knowing that there are so many people who you’ve come to know from SDC, wishing you well and praying for you, sending you light and positivity. If you can spend even 10 minutes in quiet moments or before bedtime, just thinking of nothing but all of that coming your way, then it can’t be a bad thing, and when or if the time comes to say a final goodbye, just know that people you don’t even know will remember you, and if you’ve let your family a friends in, they will have great memories. I hope you don’t mind what I’ve written Dawn but it comes from my heart and I hope makes you feel a little better……I have no idea how I would face what you’re going through…. 🌺 🌺🌺🌺🌺☺️🌺🌺
