Unfortunately my kids grew up loving this pair, and they are sarcastic but still seeking mum and dad for support

There were some shows that I restricted my kids from watching and their attitude remained in tact 😊

You just reminded me of the cartoon character, Mr Magoo, where his dog was called 'Waldo'.
