Vertical Grill​

Before air fryers took over kitchens, the trusty vertical grill was the go-to for cooking up delicious, juicy meals. This handy appliance had a special place on benchtops—though cleaning it was another story!

They were great and cooked both sides of your chops etc at once. They were also healthy as all the fats and juices drained into the tray at the bottom. I didn't find them hard to clean either.

When we were married 48 years ago we received 5 as wedding presents! My favourite meat was lamb chops. So much fat drained out. Great invention but the problem was with so much fat content the chops had the capacity to ca5ch fire. This was the demise of 2 grillers.
