Easy peanut butter biscuits

Ingredients

1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/4 cups sifted flour
3/4 teaspoon bicarb soda
1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375F / 190C Mix first six ingredients.

Add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well.

Roll into balls and press down with a fork dipped in sugar or flour.

Bake for 12 to 15 minutes in the preheated oven, until just lightly browned.

Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool

Mix all form little balls press down, put tray lined baking paper you can use fork to design edge. Bake at 350F or 175C for 10 min
