Not quite right, there are Crayfish with large claws.

But certainly they taste different, Crayfish live in freshwater while Lobsters live in Saltwater.

Lobsters grow larger (8-20" vs 2-6") and live longer (up to 100y vs 3-8y), but have fewer species (30 vs 640).

With some colour and diet differences.

But some large Crayfish are mistaken for Lobsters, due to their very similar appearance.

Shouldn’t we be quoting size in centimetres and not inches, since we’ve been using the metric system for soooo long? Just want to have my input, but not upset anyone.

It's just another Lobster Tail... about Crayfish after all.😉
