'Doing this now!': Tradie blows people away with 'genius' bin trick

Taking out the wheelie bins is a chore that comes around like clockwork, and as predictable as the sunrise.

What if there's a way to make this task less tiresome and more efficient?

A tradie just shared a wheelie bin trick, and it's something you wish you knew sooner.

Kyle Hume, the man behind this viral sensation, posted a video on social media that captured the attention of cleaning enthusiasts worldwide.

His simple yet innovative method for wheeling two bins simultaneously is a time-saver and a back-saver.

Here's how it works: First, line up your two bins, front to back.

Then, open the lid of the back bin first, then open the front bin's lid and rest it on top of the back bin's lid.

Next, close the back bin's lid over the front bin's lid, joining them together.

Now, you can tip the back bin and wheel both bins simultaneously with one hand.

The video showcasing this trick has gone viral, with another creator's rendition racking up over 16.4 million views on social media.

People can't believe they've been doing it the hard way all this time.

'What?? Are you freaking kidding me?' one comment wrote.

'Wait, what? What just happened? How did you do this?' another asked.

'Legit gonna do this now,' a third commented.

However, many also expressed concern about the potential damage to the bins.

'The lid of the bin that's being towed should be pushed inside of the other; the plastic bends fine. If it does deform, a day in the sun puts it right back,' one commenter explained.

This reassurance is key for those who take pride in keeping household items in good shape, especially essentials like the wheelie bin.

'It's easier just to do them side-by-side behind you,' a commenter argued.

While some sceptics argue about the efficacy of the trick, the appeal of a trick that simplifies a task still appeals to some.

People are always looking for tips and tricks to make life easier. After all, who wouldn't want to make their weekly bin ritual a little less strenuous?

One engineer became a neighbourhood hero by installing automated reminders about his rubbish bins—reminding him and the community about weekly taking out their rubbish.

Another gardener shared a video demonstrating how to fit more garden waste into a green bin by mulching it with a lawnmower.

Not for me, it's hard enough to keep control of one down my driveway. He needs to have his green bin replaced. That huge crack will only get worse.

Might be fine wherever he lives, but my garbage is a small bin that goes out weekly and the recycle and greenwaste go out fortnightly on alternate weeks and are large bins.

And if you don't get it right the first few times it could be quite funny for anyone who is watching. hahahahah
We have just moved in a small unit complex and don't need to put the bins out ourselves as they are withing a certain distance to the road so the drivers come in and get them and put them away. First colour truck usually puts the other bin our for the one following.
