I am very thankful that Westpac keeps my money safe und stops scammers. Many elderly people fall for scams - yea- like Bitcoin. And how often have we been told that people are expecting the bank to sort out things those coned customers got themselves into.

Of course, you would get upset if someone wanted to inspect your bag and you have stolen stuff in there and I bet those customers that get annoyed have something to hide. :LOL: It's not a big deal otherwise.

Why ?? So that every ones privacy is available to all those scammers and crooks. Just more fuel for people with bad intentions,

Don't blame the bank. The daughter seems to have ignored the danger signs or she is the one finding excuses for the missing money.

Maybe we should consider the daughter's behavior? Gambling problem?

I'm with the hospital, they have their reason. They know what decision and why is the right one.
