Loving it.

I live in a dead end crescent. Even though a sign at beginning of street advises " no through road" people still drive up it by mistake. I am only 2nd house up and many drivers will drive fully into my driveway to reverse out and exit the crescent. Rather an annoying daily occurrence.

That was an interesting story/utube clip. Not sure if I would want to live to that age, but if everything still works and you are somewhat still active and cognitive...then why not. What an amazing life she led.

I would have done the same as owners of property.

Yeah, I myself have my own method of what order I put my groceries through. Even when I use the manned checkout I place them in a specific order.

It is all too often you see this on our roads. People towing caravans should be made to pull into weigh stations for a check...just like truckies have to do.

Thank you Ausbear, this pulled on my heart strings. A beautiful tribute to honour all our heroes past and present. To my Dad who was 16 when he enlisted, getting the local publican to forge his parents signature to enlist..as many did the same back then.... Lest we forget.
