Just recently went through this. However, I did put the request in writing, outlining one problem tree on a severe lean to my house. Thankfully they addressed the main issue and had the tree removed, although it took 2 months to act. Unfortunately, that tree had already uprooted my bitumen...

I went to get in my car one day and saw a man sitting in it. I opened the door asking what he thought he was doing..although he was shocked, he told me I had the wrong car. He was right, my car was parked 2 up from him. I was so embarassed, but he was not impressed with my "senior moment".

I never click on any emails for account stuff info. I will always go through the app and check any notifications from them. 99.9% of the time it's a scam. Still things happen though.

Nothing as flash as the beach. Make my cappuccino, grab my cereal and sit out on my big back verandah with my three dogs. On acerage so plenty of open space too enjoy, listen to the birds (except that damm crow lately). My morning ritual.
