I'm with Vodafone and have had this feature for a couple of years now (I think). All the calls have the area as well ie: Melbourne, Sydney, Thailand. The alert is Suspected Spam, Potential Fraud etc... I just did a search in my phones settings for spam, the results were under 'Call settings'...

I've never had so many jabs in the last couple of years than in my whole life, I swear they are trying to replace my blood with syrup. I've changed so much a bat landed on my shoulder the other night. Scared the s**t out of me, but I'm ok, when I fell out of bed I woke up. Now that was close.
