Narre Warren food bank feeding thousands faces closure over council permit decision

So glad to know that they only need a permit to make it safe. I thought it would have been a lot more to make something safe.

Sick of paying full price at the doctor? A short drive could save you!

Ours charge $102. For 15 minutes and $188. For 20 minutes. Pretty good rate of pay for the extra 5 minutes.

Sick of paying full price at the doctor? A short drive could save you!

This report can't be right because Albo said you only need your Medicare card, don't tell me he was lying(again).

He spent 35 years building his dream property—then someone else tried to claim part of it

I thought the council should have been happy with frantic bidding at auction, isn't the aim to get as much as possible for what is being sold.

See a boost for your retirement savings: Twelve million seniors will qualify for this benefit soon!

As a retiree and not working please explain what you mean by a boost for retirees and working pensioners, if you are retired you don't get a pay packet, so no benefit.

‘We Were Meant to Be Debt‑Free’: The Mortgage Burden No One Warned Retirees About

I didn't have two weeks to read this all, much too long. People run into trouble when they don't stick to the plan and use the redraw facility too much to live above their means, also in Australia we write CHEQUES to the bank not checks.

Aussies to face pantry staple shortage after recent storms

I am sure we all would pay more to help the dairy farmers out, if they actually got an increase in their base price. All farmers are on contracts and it is very hard to get an increase on that contract. When the milk goes up we will ask at the farm gate just how much increase they got.

Major bank threatens account closure over unexplained home cash

If the bank ever asked these personal questions they wouldn't have to block or freeze my accounts they would no longer have the use of my money, it would be with another bank or under the bed.

Rising cost of dining out could have serious consequences–up to 25 per cent more on your bill!

If venues were adding 25% surcharge it should be clearly displayed, then if people were silly enough to walk as most sensible people would they can pay the charge. However I for one would not done there and the restaurant would have no sale at all.

Emergency on live TV? See why floor staff had to rush Sunrise hosts off-air

It's good to know that Natalie Barr can just think she can ignore a fire alarm, fire alarms are there for a reason, an air head at best.

'Beyond disgraceful': Controversial shop display sparks fierce debates about symbolism

My artistic expression would have been a few well placed bricks through his plate glass windows, each and every time he pulled this offensive rubbish.
