What about if you somehow rec'd such a payment, then only informed the bank, & then shut up about it. i.e., Going to the bank, saying to them, some how I've rec'd this unknown deposit of $x. I'm just letting you know, &, then walk out. That's what I'd do. I wouldn't be answering any emails...
