Do you have the Windows Snipping Tool? It is free. I have been using it for many years. Your computer (depending on its age) most likely has it already. Type Snipping Tool to find it. Easy to use and will snip whatever you want on the desktop. Hope this helps.

I don't ring Centrelink as I am able to catch the bus into town and go to the office. I can't speak to phone waiting times. However, I call Centrelink Incompetencelink. They are slow and useless and it takes months to get what one needs from them.
