My shingles was incorrectly diagnosed at first, but lots of rashes look very similar so can't really blame the doctor. Often it's a process of elimination.

What do 2 empty 'saved' seats create for other passengers? I don't understand why saved seats not being used would cause such a huge upset for other people. Unless the few hours delay was from waiting for those people, but I find it hard to believe any airline would delay for late boarders.
