Agree, he should no longer be able to practice law. Also agree with getting off any charges. For sure it will be mental health, he will go on a disability pension (where he is not means tested) & live out the rest of his life happily.

I have been trying to sort out my brothers financials since he was admitted to a nursing home last September. I was lucky enough to get through to Services Australia in the early days & I actually put in a formal complaint about the lack of being able to have a phone answered & the means tested...

Our legal system is a joke. Inconsistencies in its penalties, too many people let go with very light punishments. It is not lack of police, it's the lack of punishment for the crimes.
