Bikes with motorS are vehicles. Requires a drivers license, warrant of fitness and rego and be on the road like all vehicles.

Oh yes, and what if you are volunteering especially in a council run place where volunteers are treated as unpaid labour earning money for council which goings in their coffers. Our cost of living is just as high but no bonus for us.
