    I have talked to my GP and she took me off Lipitor, not Losec, as Lipitor is damaging your liver and also your kidney. Talk to your doctor if you have any concerns

    I have been on Losec for 30+ years and never been told to stop or that it could cause serious damage. I will ask my GP next time I go to see her, as I have a kidney and liver problems. Could it be from Losec? Who knows......

    People are so quick to jump the gun. You have checked the phone number on google, which should have been enough proof that you are talking to the right people. I reckon people are jealous that you has the money and they are happy that you lost it. Nasty people around.......

    Yes, you should apply for the Carers pension/allowance. The doctor has to fill out the form regarding your wife illness and help she needs, and you get the payment, no problem at all. If you are on both the Carers pension and the allowance, you will get two lots of $600 in July

    If you care for your partner, you should have applied for the carers pension, supplement, it is not an automatic payment, you need to apply and you will get it. Unless you apply Centrelink wouldn't know that you are a carer.
