Would you give a kidney to a stranger? One Aussie man quietly did

That's an amazing selfless thing to do. Good on him and hope his recipient is looking after his kidney well and realises how lucky he or she is.

Remember when shopping centres felt safe? A 4WD just crashed through this one

A machete attack is certainly one thing but a random car driving through is just wrong place wrong time and you can't legislate for idiots. In my opinion although there may be more people around better a shopping centre than someone's home as they are inconvenienced for a considerable period...

Cheaper solar batteries slash energy bills, spark concern among homeowners

The power companies should never have been able to change what the existing customers had locked in with their rebates when getting solar panels. It is not right.

Brisbane City Council to offer free green bins, but no food organics bins

Lots of councils in WA have rolled out the green, red and yellow bins for years but my council still only has yellow and green so everything gets tossed in the green bin going to landfill

Scaled-back home battery rebate scheme prompts confusion, backlash against WA government

But they should not have promised one amount then reneged on it. They should have thought about spreading it across more people to start with and stated the amount per household they were going to stick with. Credibility is the key and that's why I didn't vote for labour though most politicians...
