There are some good retirement villages out there, it's a matter of doing your homework first. Some don't have exit fees, you own your unit but rent the land it's on. I live in a Lifestyle village....buy your unit but pay rent on the land....and I love it. Also no exit fee and and the sale...

Whats wrong with cooking a larger amount and either freezing it or eating the next day? We should never throw out good food.

Would be so nice if we could live our lives without all the greed, violence and disrespect that's in our everyday life. More so, it seems these days, than ever before.

Seems a typical day in Australia.....violence is out of control.

The main thing here is to make sure Medicare is sustainable otherwise we're all in trouble.

Disregard for other people's property is a common trait these days because kids are not taught respect at home and some teenagers think they're able to do anything and get away with it. Respect and manners are a thing of the past unfortunately.

Beggars belief.....what about all the people who are sleeping in cars and tents because they can't afford to pay the high rents the greedy owners of houses and units charge ??? 😡🤬

Agree wholeheartedly.....these days it's all about impulse buying. If people stuck to a budget, they wouldn't need to whinge about the cost of living.

This is the reason I don't ever buy food from Macca’s......the kids who work in these places are not taught properly to cook and the hygiene is always a worry.

Unfortunately Australia is nothing like it used to be........now in 2025 its overcrowded, overpriced, full of criminals, druggies and young thugs.

So these people who speed through school zones get a fine and lose their licence for 6 months.....most of them will continue to drive anyway, that's the way it is these days.....no regard for the laws whatsoever!

So many single mothers these days and the fathers of these children are getting away with not having to pay any child support! These men should have to show some responsibility towards these children and help financially to raise them, instead of the tax payers. Maybe men on unemployment...

Cannot understand why immigration numbers are so high when there's not enough housing for people ! Australia will eventually be so overcrowded, all services will struggle. Obviously skilled workers need to be able to come here to make up for the lack of Australian workers who won't do...
