I agree with you re meat. I don't like the look of it in Aldi. I find lots of reduced meat in Coles and woollies at the end of the day. All 3 supermarkets are very close to each other, so competition is good!

Karen, have you thought of volunteering if you miss social contact? I have recently retired and volunteer once a week, but could do more if I wanted to do so. So many organisations are crying out for help. I really enjoy my one day and it is very social. Just a thought!

I feel for this lady, but as you point out, we are constantly warned about scams and how not to click on links etc. We didn't grow up with computers and appear to be easy targets. Unfortunately scams will continue because there seems to be an endless supply of victims.

I have no problem being rude to scammers, once you ask them a few questions they come undone very quickly. Not much you can do about scammers. They have always been around but modern technology has made it very easy for them.

No one can force you to do anything, we all have choice. I never answer numbers I don't recognise. If the call is important, a message will be left.
