Why do people get so worked up over shopping. If you are not happy with the service, take your business elsewhere. Leaving a trolley full of items is like having a childish tantrum.

If you don’t like self serve, don’t use it.It would be great if people stop telling others what to do. I like self serve, quick and easy. The staff at local Coles are fantastic, never had an issue.
