My hilarious birthday present 😂

Hey friends! I just want to take a moment to say a huge thank you to everyone who sent me birthday greetings yesterday. Your kind words truly made my day extra special—it meant so much to feel the warmth from this wonderful community. 💛

To celebrate, we had dinner at a newly opened Japanese restaurant that serves something a little different—'on-the-rice' hamburg! It’s a Japanese concept where the hamburger is placed right on top of the rice, and we got to enjoy it three ways! Delicious doesn’t even begin to cover it.

But the real highlight of the night? My partner’s hilarious and oh-so-thoughtful gift… Can you guess what it was? A custom face blanket! Best believe I was absolutely cackling when I unwrapped it! 🤣

Now, let’s keep the fun going—how about you? What’s the best or funniest gift you’ve ever received? Share your stories with us in the forum—we’d love to hear them (and have a laugh or two together)!

Recieved blue new cement mixer for my 25th wedding anniversay with a pink ribbon bow on it. Used it for years .now i am 81

My daughter gave me "Don't give crap" toilet rolls, most useful present I've ever had

My husband and I were celebrating 🥳 our 1st Wedding Anniversary.

I was excited when he gave me a gift 🎁 in a Jewellery Store Bag.

It was upsetting to see a training watch inside not a beautiful piece
of jewellery.😱😱😱

When I think my gifts couldn't get better they do. Two days ago my eldest son and 4 of my daughters took me out for lunch. Then that night I received my favourite perfume Chanel no 5, a leather bag, 2 lots of flowers, chocolates, a smart photo frame and a holiday.

A present that stands out and was very different was a mother's day my kids took me out for brunch and gave me a treasure map . When I arrived home the hunt began and I uncovered 10 amazing gifts.

My treasure map which is now in my keepsake box

My daughter and grand daughters got me a wheely walker for my 60th. 🎉 :ROFLMAO:
Did you need it! Otherwise it's a bit cheeky.

Im doing 3, one to the Blue Mountains for 3 days, one down the nsw south coast ( which I love) for a week and my eldest son is paying for two return tickets to Greece , if hubby comes then I will go maybe May otherwise it will be May 2027 with my youngest. We were going to go next May/June and my son knew that but Eleni just got excepted as a new grad as a nurse so too hard to ask for 4 weeks off . She starts end of February.

After years of being neglected on birthdays and Christmas, I bought a lovely gift for my (now ex) wife's birthday and wrapped it and made a big show of presenting it. It was a new sullage (grey water) pump and I included written instructions on how to install it. It made me laugh, but her face was a picture, and exactly what I was aiming for. The ultimate hint, and the final nail in the coffin of that relationship. I still get a chuckle out of that.

Belated birthday greetings 💐

After many years of giving each other “house” related gifts I asked for something really personal, something just for me. He gave me a rain 🌧️ guage!
