Stuffing mix is great to coat fish or zucchini.

I have never been a fan of stuffing {even as a kid}, but I did stuff a roast chicken last week with homemade stuffing because my husband likes it.

Jo, I have a friend who uses packet stuffing for crumbing perhaps I should give it a go at some stage - even if it's only say at least, I have tried it before I poo hoo the product completely.
