Caught in the act: Family demands mystery pooper clean up or face the consequences

A quiet suburban street in Adelaide became the setting for an unusual and disturbing confrontation this week.

What seemed like a typical morning walk soon turned into a scandal that has left the community in shock.

The family's response to this bizarre incident has quickly garnered attention.

An Adelaide family found themselves in a shocking predicament on the morning of 26 April, when they discovered human faeces on their driveway.

The woman responsible was recorded by security cameras while walking her dog before squatting and relieving herself on their private property.

Rather than ignoring the incident, the family decided to take matters into their own hands.

They plastered posters around their neighbourhood with a direct message for the mystery woman.

'To the lady who defecated on our driveway,' the signs read.

'At approximately 7:15 am this morning (26 April), while walking your dog, you were recorded on our security cameras, defecating on our private driveway.

'We have clear video footage of the incident. You have 48 hours to return and properly clean up the mess.'

'If not, we will have no choice but to circulate photos from the footage to identify you. Please do the right thing.'

The incident immediately drew comparisons to the 2018 case of the Brisbane 'poo jogger', Andrew Douglas Macintos.

Macintos had become infamous for repeatedly defecating on a private footpath during his morning runs, leading locals to band together to catch him in the act.

'I started sitting out there in the dark and waiting, and I decided I was going to get a photo of this guy. I patiently waited each morning for a few minutes until eventually I got that photo,' a local resident recalled.

The image captured Macintos squatting over the path with a piece of toilet paper in hand, leading to his eventual identification.

The photo was shared on social media and Macintos was dubbed the 'Brisbane poo jogger.'

He was later charged with being a public nuisance and fined $400 for defecating in a public place.

In a previous story, we covered another shocking incident that has sparked outrage among locals.

This time, it's an infuriating act by a delivery driver that's left restaurants furious.

Nothing worse than getting caught out but if you have to go, you have to go.
Maybe it was something beyond her control. (showing a touch of sympathy here)
Can also understand the annoyance of the homeowner though.
A bit of compassion for the person that gets caught out?

Apparently she has done it a few times and why in their driveway, why not somewhere people won't walk.
She should have jogged home or used toilets in a park

I say name and shame them. Put her photo up
Apparently she has done it a few times.

Why didn't she jog home, go to a park or if she truly was that desperate do it in a less conspicuous place.

There is a lady who walks her little dog every afternoon on a very very long lead.

I was cleaning in my bedroom yesterday, when I noticed she was standing still looking at her phone. I then saw her dog just inside my driveway doing its business. When it finished she continued walking. I ran out and called her back to clean it up. She whined that it was just doggy poo.
I told her that's fine until someone treads on it and walks it through my house.

I told her if I wanted to clean up dog Sh.t then I would have my own dog 🐕

Yes. Some medications have that effect.

Where does it mention she has äpparently" done it a few times? Am I missing something?

Absolutely disgusting . If the woman has IBS it’s not only old people whom suffer with this, Yes she loves to take her dog for morning walk , judging by the photo I wouldn’t say she cleans up after that either . You can buy special padded pants for people with IBS from chemists etc . So there is no excuse for this . I would definetly put that photo up on every pole I could find If she didn’t return and clean up a AND apologise If she was that desperate surely she could have found a bush or grass.
