Never having used one, I have no idea. But I have met people who claimed to enjoy using them.

Possibly they were lying, possibly they had extremely poor nerve sensitivity in that part of their body rebelling possibly they were insane.

But, just maybe there are such things as comfortable butt plugs, I will leave it to others to test that hypothesis.
